'Connect with Love': seniors embraced ZAKA volunteers
At the home of Meir Gurvitz in Savion a dinner was held in tribute and appreciation of the ZAKA organization • ZAKA operatives demonstrated special exercises at the home pool • who and whom participated?

Under the slogan 'Connect with Love', senior business people and opinion leaders in Israel gathered last night (Tuesday) for an evening of honor and appreciation of the ZAKA organization – at the Gurvitz family home in Savion.
The evening began with a cocktail by the pool, and continued with a diving exercise conducted by 'diving unit' of Zaka in the pool of the house, guests stood around the pool, and volunteers practiced special tasks of searching for missing persons with coverage on the eyes, to image the search in dirty waters. Likewise they practiced the scooter device for rapid pursuit into the water.
At the end of the exercise the guests gathered in the living room, where they waited for the singer Arkadi Duchin for a unique piano performance.
During the evening ZAKA Chairman Yehuda Meshi Zahav, Michael Mirilashvili, Meir Gurvitz and attorney Gideon Fisher spoke.
The event featured the cream of the cream of the Israeli business world as well as public figures, including: Attorney Mordechai Zivin, Chaim Leibowitz, the champion Danni Yatom- former Mossad chief, judge Dr. Eliyahu Winograd, Prof. Emmanuel Trachtenberg, Uri Jablonka, ELAL CEO Elazar Shakdi, General Elazar Stern, Chairman of the ELAL Board Amikam Cohen, Moshe Shtil, Shlomo Calderon Honorary President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and more.
The evening was directed by media person Gilad Adin.
