Why does Hgri"g Edelstein make sure to write the same dedication?
During a visit of the Rosh Yeshiva of Ohr Elchanan with Hgri"g, in order to invite him to his grandson's Bar Mitzvah, the Ponovicz Rosh Yeshiva told him why he is careful to record the same dedication to all the 'Bar Mitzvah' boys

Rosh Yeshiva of Ohr Elchanan, Reb Moshe Mordechei Chadash, visited this week the home of the Ponovicz Rosh Yeshiva, Hgri"g Edelstein, in order to invite him to the Bar Mitzvah of his grandson. A conversation concerning Torah matters and Chanuka developed between the Roshei Yeshiva.
At the end of the meeting, Hgri"g gave Hgrm"m a sefer on purity-as a Bar Mitzvah gift for the Bar Mitzvah boy, and even wrote a dedication inside.
Hgri"g told Hgrm"m that he always writes the same dedication for all Bar Mitzvah boys, including those from 'simple' backgrounds, to those of privileged backgrounds, since one of the Rabbanim of the previous generation would write different dedication for each child, and the children at cheder would compare between the dedications and show off who had received a more respected title.
"Therefore", ended Hgri"g," I always write the same dedication, in order not to impose jealousy amongst the children."
