An MDA medic returned from an emergency event, and on his way a driver hit him • The medic managed to jump off the bike and save his life, and he was hospitalized in Tel Hashomer, in fair condition with headaches

The accident occurred today (Wednesday) on Route 4, at the Geha interchange towards the direction of Givat Shmuel: a motorcycle driver (MDA medic returning from treatment in a car accident) slipped - and was seriously wounded.
Hatzalah and Hatzalah Gush Dan volunteers were called to the scene - he was given medical aid, and he was taken to continue receiving medical treatment at the Tel Hashomer hospital.
During treatment the injured paramedic told how the accident occurred, he said, a driver hit him with her car, he jumped off the bike and saved his life. The motorcycle itself flew a distance of 30 meters.
Later on the injured man lost consciousness, but he returned to full conscious before he was taken to the hospital. According to the report from Tel Hashomer, the medic is conscious, complaining of headaches, and he will have a CT.
Yitzhak Dadon, a Hatzalah medic of the Bnei Brak branch, said:" When I reached the scene I saw that the medic who was with us during the treatment in the previous case of a car accident, and when he returned - he slipped and hit his head. We gave him primary health care, and then he was taken to continue medical treatment in the hospital where his condition is defined as moderate.
