Beitar: a girl was forgotten in a school van and rescued after half an hour

In the afternoon, at around 15:00, a school van driver in Beitar Illit finished his route, and parked his car on Zvhill Street - while leaving the locked car with a girl of about six inside.


After a half hour passersby's heard her crying, and called the driver, who was nearby.


Police and paramedics arrived. The girl was checked - by MDA medics. She was transferred to her parents in good condition.

The bus driver was detained for questioning.


A month and a half ago, a three-year-old girl was forgotten in a neighbor's car in Bayit Vegan in Jerusalem, and after four hours she was detected and rescued from the car without injury.
