Hillary Clinton was hospitalized due to a blood clot

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was hospitalized tonight in New York following a blood clot which was caused due to a concussion she experienced two weeks ago.

The doctors of the Secretary of State discovered a blood clot resulting from the concussion. She is being treated with blood-thinning medication and will remain hospitalized for at least 48 hours. Doctors are examining the medical condition and will act accordingly.

Clinton is scheduled to finish her role next month. Senator John Kerry will replace her.

Clinton suffered from indigestion in December and lost consciousness. When she fainted she hit her head which caused her a concussion, resulting in blood clotting.
