For the third time: petrol bomb in Bnei Brak

It happens once again: a petrol bomb was thrown this evening (Wednesday), at a store in Bnei Brak. The bottle caught fire but no injuries were reported.

Tonight at around 22:00 an anonymous threw a Molotov cocktail at the store "Ma'afiat Hatzvi" on Hatzvi Street in Kiryat Herzog, Bnei Brak. The bottle caught fire, and the bakery workers extinguished the fire. No injuries or damage were caused.

So far no one has been arrested and no suspects were identified. The Dan Region police opened an investigation.

Three days ago, on Sunday in the late evening, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at the door on Harav Shach Street in Bnei Brak, a week after a similar incident occurred in the same place. In both cases there were no injuries, but light damage was caused.

About a week ago, shooting took place at 15 year old youth on Admor mi'Nadvorna Street in Bnei Brak. The boy was not injured and fled towards a nearby school.

10 days earlier a 44 year old resident of Avtin burst into the offices of the Elisera company, on Hayarkon Street in Bnei Brak, attacked and fought with the security guard, stole her weapons and fled. After an extensive search he was located near the Ayalon shopping mall with the stolen gun and was arrested.

A month ago, a 30-year-old city resident was shot on Jabotinsky Street corner Sokolov, not far from the building at which the petrol bombs were thrown. The man was evacuated in a difficult condition to Tel Hashomer hospital.
