A Jew who owns a clothing store in the Roosevelt Field mall in Long Island, New York, was shocked this morning (Wednesday), when he discovered graffiti has been sprayed in red ink on the front wall of the mall, near his shop.
The graffiti was painted with the inscription "Death to the Jews" and a swastika was painted alongside it.
Police were called to the scene and collected the security tapes from the stores nearby.
It seems that graffiti was painted today in the morning by masked youths.
Police appealed to the public and asked for help in finding a lead, and disclosing any information that could lead to catching the criminals.
After this period of Christian holidays this period is considered as a time of "sales and bargains" and thousands of people flood the malls, including many Orthodox Jews, who come to Long Island to shop for bargains.
