In a message sent this morning (Monday) by 'Va'ad Hayeshivot' to yeshivas across the country, the committee administrators herald the establishment of a center for information and assistance to yeshiva bochurim with the military authorities.
The center was established by the management of Va'ad Hayeshivot by decision of the executive, and will work in close cooperation with all the professionals involved in the matter.
The ad reads: "To the public of yeshivos kedoshos, in light of the request by the Roshei Yeshiva shlit"a, whoever comes across any problems in the centers and with respect to enlistment and the like - can call the number:
0722-774547 and can leave a message with your name and phone so we can come back to him, and will try to help and take care of the matter with the appropriate parties. "
In urgent cases, one may even contact a cell phone number and receive a direct response.
