The happy news was received with great satisfactions amongst the residents of Netanya and the surrounding areas, on the establishment of the Beis Din for monetary matters in Netanya, which will serve the enormous public living in the area and in need of dayanut services.
The composition of the Beis Din will include the following judges: Rabbi Avraham Attias, Av Beit Din Zedek of Hgr"n Karelitz in Bnei Brak, Rabbi Moshe Weingarten, also Dom"tz in the Beis Din of Hgr"n Karelitz, and Hagaon Rabbi Shmuel Jaeger, Dom"tz Jerusalem Beis Din of Hgra"d Levin.
According to the activists who initiated the establishment of the Beis Din, this unique composition – including expert and well experienced judges, who are well-known people in their respective fields, and have accumulated much experience in financial matters and the laws of the Torah - will certainly bring an appropriate response to all sectors of the public, observant and orthodox audiences amongst the residents of Netanya and the surrounding area.
The Court is located in the city center – on Hanotea 3, making it easier for many users to use its services.
City Rabbis of Netanya, from all communities and sectors, welcomed the important and welcome move, and hope the move will greatly contribute to making a Kiddush Hashem's and glorify the honor of the Torah in the city.
