"Stark fought, we sat on him and he choked to death"

"We did not plan to kill him, we just wanted to rob him because he owed us money," the assassin of the late Menachem Stark z"l confessed.
The Stark murder suspect was taken yesterday (Thursday) for an extension of his detention in the New York court.
Felix, 26, admitted yesterday in participating in the brutal murder of Menachem Stark after an inquiry of four months. He was employed as a laborer by a contractor for renovations who worked with the Hasidic real estate man.
The suspect was charged with second-degree murder and did not respond during the arraignment. His detention was extended until the end of proceedings, without bail.
His two accomplices are also suspected in participating in the murder but they are still under investigation.
"Felix admitted that they wanted to rob him," said New York police source , "They were not thinking about killing him."
The trio apparently believed Stark had a lot of cash in his pocket, the suspects kidnapped the victim and choked him accidentally while he struggled to escape.
"He resisted and then my friend sat on him and he choked to death," he said, "We called friends for help and when they saw he died they refused to help. According to plan we wanted to hide the body in Long Island, but heavy snow forced us to change the plan. Then we bought gasoline, burned his body and threw it into a container at the gas station."
