The world's oldest Jew, the late Professor Alexander Aimitz, died yesterday (Sunday) at a ripe old age of 111.
Two months ago, a special ceremony was held in New York, during which he was awarded a certificate of oldest man in the world, in parallel, Alexander began to put on tefillin - for the first time since his bar mitzvah in the last century.
