New York: The Legislature approved the "Stark Law"

New York: The Legislature approved the law "speeding the identification of bodies," will be remembered as "Stark Law", and allows the rapid identification of the bodies of tragic events, thus preventing unnecessary suffering to the families of the deceased.

Law initiative was the conduct law enforcement when Stark's body was found in Nassau County.

It turned out that the police found it difficult to link the charred body and the absence of Stark.

Williamsburg activist Moshe David Schneiderman convinced the following case the Assemblyman Joe Lantol to initiate a law to expedite the identification of bodies in the event of a tragedy by streamlining the flow of information and cooperation between the regions and NYPD districts.

The law passed with the assistance of Senator Daniel Skordom, and Sen. R. Simcha Felder.

"This law will prevent unnecessary suffering to the families of those killed, as happened in the case of Menachem Stark, and avoids desecration of the dead," said Schneiderman.

So far, five months after the murder police managed to arrest only one person suspected of driving a vehicle that was used to abduct Stark. It is unclear what hinders the identification of other partners in the practice.
