Agudath Yisrael statement: thank Americans for Iron Dome
Agudath Yisrael of U.S. grateful: "must be grateful to the American government, for funding Iron Dome interceptor system"

Agudath Yisrael of America, headed by Rabbi Shlomo Vardiger came out yesterday (Thursday) with a statement that "we must thank the American government for the Iron Dome which is now used for maximum in Israel."
Document published by Agudath Yisrael of America, called the Jewish people to thank the American government which funded the development of Iron Dome protective system. According to them, the days when the enemy missiles rain down on Israeli cities, and most of them were intercepted by the Iron Dome system, preventing loss of life, God forbid, it is mandatory for all Jews thanking the American government as "gratitude", as the U.S. funded development of the product from start to finish.
"These tough times are a reminder of greatest contribution of America to Israel's security," said reading, "and for this we must be grateful to the American government. Simultaneously we must remember that" if God does not guard…, and so is our duty to continue to plead to God during this difficult time.
"Our prayers should include all residents who attacked towns with rockets, especially the soldiers who risk their lives for our defense."
Further calls to the public petition to add the psalms released the Morning Prayer and the prayer of our brothers, and increase charity and Torah study to gain the people of Israel living in Israel.
