Breaking News: German media have reported that a masked man opened fire in a cinema complex in western Germany.

According to German media at least 20 people have been wounded.
The gunman is surrounded by police.
No information at this time about additional attackers or hostages.

No one was shot except for the gunamn. 17 hostages were taken but were unharmed. Gunman was shot dead by police. This is not belived to be a terror attack.
