Harav Chadash was Mesader Kidushin
For the first time since he became sick, the Rosh Yeshiva of Ohr Elchonon, Harav Moshe Mordechai Chadash was mesader kidushin for one of his talmidim.

Harav Moshe Mordechai Chadash who is currently in the midst of a series of difficult treatments, expressed an interest in being mesader kidushin for his talmind. The Rosh Yeshiva was also the shadchan.
The Rosh Yeshiva was brought by car to the Yerushalyaim hall and left the car once the crowd stepped back a bit due to the Rav's need to remain in isolation.
Immediately after he finished conducting the chuppah and the ring was given to the kallah, the Rosh Yeshiva returned to his home.
The community is asked to continue to daven for Hagaon Moshe Mordechai Ben Tzivia.
The suspects claimed that they thought they were smuggling cigarettes and not drugs. The pills were hidden inside cigarette boxes, and in the past they had been smuggled actual cigarettes for this same man.
