High Court Rejects Petition Against Allocation of Income Support to Avreichim
The High Court recommended that petitioners withdraw their petition against the Income support law for Avreichim.

The High Court rejected the petition of the Reform and Conservative movements against Havtachat Hachnassah for Avreichim.
The judges issued a ruling stating," Upon our recommendation… the petitioners withdrew their petition. The petition is hereby annulled. "
This is in regard to a petition that was served in April against the government claiming inequality for students, demanded the annulment of havtachat hachnasah that was agreed upon in the coalition agreement, which is set to go into effect shortly.
Bechadrey Charedim learned that the High Court recommended that the petitioners wait until the new legislation is passed, and then see if there is any discrimination against students.
