Deadly Dallas Shooting was carried out by One Man
Contrary to early information which suggested that there were multiple suspects in the deadly shooting at a Dallas protest against police violence, police have stated that there was only one sniper involved in the attack.

Contrary to early information which suggested that there were multiple suspects in the deadly shooting at a Dallas protest against police violence, police have stated that there was only one sniper involved in the attack.
Micah X. Johnson was a 25 year old army vet. He killed 5 police officers and shot a total of 11 people including 2 civilians.
Johnson had shot and moved a number of times leading police to believe that more than one person was involved. After Johnson holed himself up in a college, police spent hours negotiating with him. Johnson claimed that bombs had been planted all over the city and that more police officers were going to get hurt.
After negotiations ran cold police saw no option but to take Johnson out. They sent in a bomb detonating robot with rigged with an explosive device which they used to kill Johnson.
President Obama said," As painful as this week has been, I firmly believe that America is not as divided as some have suggested. Americans of all races and all backgrounds are rightly outraged by the inexcusable attacks on police, whether it's in Dallas or any place else."
More protest over the two incidents of police shootings of black men last week were held in a number of cities around the country.
