The government approved 50,000,000 NIS this morning to charedi mosdos. This is as follow up to the activities of the Deputy Treasurer Yitzchak Cohen, and Chairman of the Finance committee, Moshe Gafni.
It was publicized last month that the government agreed to transfer over 1000, 0000, 000 million Nis to the Olam Hatorah.
The charedi parties have managed to secure a budget of 135 million shekel for its chinuch system. 80 million will go to yeshivos and kolleleim, and 50 million to the teaching of Judaism including in high shcools and for the development of chadarim.
