Great excitement in Erlau Chassidus for the engagement of the eldest grandson of the Rebbe ZT"L. This is the only son Rabbi Shalom Zvi Sofer, Rabbi Beit Midrash 'Yad Hasofer' Erlau Yerushalayim and the son-in-law of the Kosow Viznitz Rebbe's. The kallah is a granddaughter of Rabbi Moshe Halberstam ZT"L member of the Badatz Eida Haredis. Daughter of his son, Rabbi Shimon Shmuel Halberstam.
The Simcha will be held Motzei Shabbos in the Erlau Beis Medrash in Katamon Yerushalayim will be attended by hundreds of Hasidim from around the country. This Simcha is the first time the Rebbe is making a Simcha after assuming the leadership from his father ZT"L
