Awful: Man arrested for abusing his sisters for 24 years
A series of severe crimes committed by a 41-year-old from Jerusalem revealed on a day to day conversation between his wife and his sister

Another terrible incident of abuse within families: 41-year-old man from the Jerusalem area accused of abusing four of his sisters for the past 24 years. The Jerusalem District Prosecutor, through lawyer Royit Kodinsky, submit a bill of indictment to the district court of the city on the grounds of tens of severe crimes committed by said 41-year-old resident of the Jerusalem area to his four sisters, since he was about 15 years old and continuing many years until his arrest.
B’hadrei Haredim was notified that the story came out as a result of a conversation that occurred lately between the accused, his wife and his sister on the topic of severe crimes happening in the Hareidi community. The defendant and his wife claimed that abuse within the Haredi community happens rarely, and in those cases where it does happen, as a whole, it is reported and taken care of by the authorities.
In contrast, the sister of the accused claimed, that there are many cases where Haredi criminals are supported while the victim of abuse is silenced. Over the course of that conversation, the wife of the accused exposed things that her husband did to his sisters that in her eyes seemed to be normal. The sister who heard these things did not keep silent and started to make a commotion among the family.
The accused was angry and told his sister in a phone conversation that his wife and children are more important to him than anything. He said he would do anything to take care of them, and he even stated that: “Your life is worthless, and I have no problem ending it very soon. If anyone hears of this, I will kill you.”
