Yesterday (Monday) a Palestinian vehicle was set on fire and sprayed in Beit Ummar, a city located 10 km north of Hebron. Alongside the burned vehicle was sprayed the words: "Price Tag", "good Arab - dead Arab" and Yitzhar vengeance- Today the property tomorrow the soul."

Shai District Police opened an investigation into the incident.

At the same time, following the military permit for the Palestinians to reach the Aish Kodesh settlement, residents went out this morning, including women and children, for a march through the vineyards and in the community area, Tatzpit agency reported that Police teams who came to secure the Palestinian plowing tried to prevent the people from going into the settlement. During clashes with Border Police one of the residents was handcuffed, and then sprayed him with tear gas. MDA team was called to the scene to give medical treatment to the settler who was hit with gas, and suffers from asthma.

The detainee suffers from dry bruises on his legs after being hit by two border policemen. In addition, pepper gas was sprayed at him at close range, and he had difficulty breathing. Following treatment given by Benjamin MDA team it was determined that he will not be evacuated to the hospital.

According to a resident of Aish Kodesh to Tatzpit Agency, the resident was arrested by Border police – he was arrested after he identified a Palestinian picking up a stone to throw at him, and made a gesture 'like' he is about to pull out a gun though he was not even armed. The resident added that the Border Police officers knocked down the guy who was arrested, married with children, and arrested him by force using tear gas, without letting him explain what happened at all.

The Aish Kodesh settlement reported to the Tatzpit agency that so far there are four arrested in clashes developed this morning between settlers and Palestinians who plow in the settlement.

The IDF's decision to allow the Arabs of the Kotzra village to plow the lands in question raises a storm also due to the fact that the land has been cultivated by some Jewish residents for over a decade. Conversely the Arab claims that he owns the land, and despite the fact that the Supreme Court now examines allegations - not yet ruled on the issue, IDF suddenly decided to accept his allegations and allow plowing the field for three days.

In addition, the Aish Kodesh settlement notes, that to plow a field, one tractor is enough and does not need dozens of Arabs backed by anarchists, another Aish Kodesh community member says that the plowing season has passed a month ago and the planting season has also ended. These things prove the claim at the settlement that this is a Palestinian provocation sponsored by the IDF and Border Police.

At the Kotzra village, about 100 cut down olive trees and shattered house windows were located this morning. Later a mutual conflict developed between the residents of the village and the settlers and IDF forces arrived and dispersed the protagonists of riot using control measures.

During dispersion, two Border Policemen were wounded, and one of them needed hospital evacuation.

The settlement responded to the Palestinians claims on the event that at around 1:00 military power detected suspicious figures walking the settlement vineyards in the northern extension, following the identification many forces were sent forward and the army began a thorough search of the entire area. According to the residents, if there was indeed an event - the IDF would have recognized the damage immediately.

Police spokesman Shai Hakimi, told the Tatzpit agency that the IDF and Command figure is responsible for the event. The first detainee was arrested on suspicion of threats against the Palestinians at the site.

Police spokesman also said that there is a border policeman who was slightly injured by a stone thrown at him, apparently by Palestinians who threw stones at each other between the settlers and the Palestinians.

The IDF told the Tatzpit agency that confrontation occurred this morning between Jews and Palestinians in the village of Aish Kodesh, Police and IDF forces arrived and performed Alf"h at Palestinians who threw stones at security forces and residents. It was reported that about allegations of violence and alf"h against residents it will be reviewed.

It was reported that according to the instructions of the court over the next few days the Palestinians will be allowed to work their land near the outpost of Aish Kodesh southeast of Nablus. Following the directive security forces were sent in advance to avoid possible conflicts, to enforce the law and maintain order and security stability in the region.
