New York: want 'Metzitza' at a Bris? Sign a document
Following the instruction of the ministry of health in New York to refrain from doing 'Metzitza" by mouth at a Bris Milah, a medical committee suggests: to have parents sign a document in which the dangers involved will be detailed.
