Antwerp: Talmudei Torah required to accept children of Moshe Friedman

Upheaval in Antwerp: Antwerp Court of Appeal, changed the ruling in favor of Moshe Aryeh Friedman.
According to the current ruling, Friedman's children can choose which local religious institution they wish to study in.
Local Orthodox institutions will be obliged to accept his children to school.
The court ruling states that the Central Talmud Torah in Antwerp "Yesodei HaTorah" must accept Friedman's children to school and as it does with the rest of the local community.
Six months ago, the local court ruled that only institution budgeted by the state is committed to accept the children. For this reason the girls' school Bnos Yerushalayim of Belz in Antwerp was required to accept the children.
Friedman later lost at the local court to Belz Hassidim but in response appealed to the Court of Appeals and as noted, won there.
