Magistrate Court concluded the trial of Yehuda Glick and Noam Federman, accused by the State Attorney's Office for leading animals, when they brought sheep for Korban Pesach, and were arrested on their way to the Temple Mount. In an agreement with the prosecution, the two have not been convicted, and instead, they will contribute 50 hours public service.

On Pesach תש"ע (2010) Yehuda Glick and Noam Federman came, separately, with a sheep to sacrifice in accordance with the halacha that one may offer sacrifices even when the Temple does not exist. Undercover police officers ambushed them in Jerusalem, detained them, and prevented the sacrifice of sheep on the Temple Mount.

The prosecution demanded that the two men convicted of an offense of transporting animals without a permit and impose on them a fine of thousands of shekels. The defendants argued in previous discussions of discrimination, because the state is not facing justice to the thousands of Muslims who slaughter sheep during the Ramadan.

After a brief conference in the courtroom, the prosecution realized that public representatives of the court to convict and punish the leaders of Pesachim, and decided to reach a common agreement with the defendants that "defendants admit committing the offenses without conviction."
Glick and Federman preferred to finish litigation and agreed to face the facts of the indictment, namely sheep are led by car and on foot, and they are willing to contribute to the public 50 hours of volunteer work. However this is in exchange for cancellation of conviction and prosecution request to impose a fine or community service. The defendants offer to donate money to the Temple Institute was rejected by the court. However the court offers to donate money to the SPCA which was rejected by the defendants claiming these organizations are leftist.
Following the discussion, Noam Federman said he is "going to continue to bring the Korban Pesach on the eve of the holiday out of hope to revoke the laws that prevent Jews to observe the commandments of the important holiday. The police must stop behaving as if it’s a successor of the Police in ancient Rome, whose purpose to thwart the work of the Temple and destruction", Federman said.

Attorney Yitzchak Bam, who represented the Yehuda Glick, said that he expects Israel Police will invest efforts in handling criminal offenses, and the persecution of people seeking freedom of worship. "As freedom of worship to Women of the Wall - also my client should be allowed freedom of worship".
