Bitter tragedy in Chabad: Uri Gur Aryeh

Tragedy in Chabad community in Antwerp: Uri Gur Aryeh a Chabad Chassid and son of Rabbi Mendel Gur Aryeh of Chabad rabbis in Antwerp did not awake on Purim morning in the US and was 20 at his death.

This is a boy who is considered the elevation of Chabad. He was a huge masmid who sat and learned and halrdly ate. On the morning of Purim he went to stay with relatives in Crown Heights. At night he complained that he felt ill and in the morning he did not get up from his sleep, and returned his soul to his Creator.

During his childhood he learned at Vizhnitz in Antwerp and at the yeshiva of Chabad in France. In the last year went to the US to study at "the tents of Torah" Chabad, where he continued to rise and make progress in his studies.

His death shocked the ultra-Orthodox community in Antwerp, and people refuse to believe the great tragedy that struck the community and the family of Rabbi Gur Aryeh.
The funeral will pass through 770 at 12:30.
