Three were charged today in a military court in Judea, against Mohammed Abu Shahin (30), Amjad Adwan (35) and Ashraf Ammar for the responsibility for a number of attacks, including the death of Dani Gonen HYD, at the spring of Ein Bovin two months ago. Further indictments were submitted for the killers of Malachi Rosenfeld HYD who was struck close to Shvut Rachel last month, and against a weapons dealer who supplied the weapons.

Following the arraignment, Danny's mother, Devorah Gonen, said today: "These three terrorist murderers decided to terminate the existence of my son. These three terrorists should not exist. In the State of Israel it's time to apply the law the death penalty. The law exists, we must implement it. We are pained, it's not simple to stand here today. I hope they exhaust the law with all those related, all the terrorists, all murderers to the end and not be afraid to prosecute. Life imprisonment is not enough, death penalty - only the death penalty, then we will have a better deterrent. We need to stop to making sacrifices, my son went for a hike and never came back."

In addition, two charges were filed today as well at the Judea Military Court, against Abdullah Ashaq (24) and Faiz Hamid (42) residents of Silwad, charged with the shooting attack that killed Malachi Rosenfeld HYD and injured three others. Ashaq was imprisoned from 2011-2010 for involvement in weapons trafficking and nationalistic terrorism. In 2006 he was involved in planning a shooting attack. During interrogation he admitted direct involvement in both the above attacks, as a driver, and in other military activities as part of the squad. Hamed, a Hamas leadership echelon, was arrested several times for involvement in Hamas activity. During interrogation by the GSS he admitted to planning the attacks and involvement in an attempt of another attack.

In addition, an indictment was filed against Jamal Yunes (62), an arms merchant who sold the weapons with which the attack was carried out. Yunis, a resident of the West Bank admitted during interrogation by the GSS that he transferred the attack car to disposal, brokering in a weapons deal in favor of the attack and met with Ahmed Najjar in Jordan. The State of Israel holds only four out of seven members of the squad. Mu'adh, who committed the actual murder and Ahmad, another member of the squad, are held by the Palestinian Authority.
