Today (Thursday) Aryeh Deri again addresses the complaints against him, over which an investigation is being opened. He listed all the properties he owns

At the beginning of his speech today in Teveriah, in response to the heavy media representation he jokingly said that he is glad to see that great interest of the media in the developing communities. He then went on to talk about his properties amidst the investigations into his dealings. Throughout his speech he came across calm and relaxed

“Late last night when I came home I found out that I have become a real estate mogul. I woke up my wife who had already gone to sleep, telling her that we had to try to figure out how they came up with this. Together we went over everything said in the media thinking that perhaps we had missed something
.
“And so to all of you who want to know where in the north and south and everywhere In the county we own property- we found that we own one apartment in which he have been living for the past 25 years together with our children, and for which we are still making monthly mortgage payments
. “
In reference to the rumors about his vacation home in Safsufa Deri said,” My entire family really loves the Galilee.” Therefore they decided to build a vacation home together near the Lebanese border. My entire family was involved including my mother and brother
