Ceiling Collapses Right Before Opening Shiur
Due to the tremendous crowding in Ponevezh's main shuir room the ceiling partially collapsed- but no one was hurt.

Summer zman in Ponovezh: the ceiling of the main shiur room partially collapsed just before the opening shiur. The ceiling collapsed from the intense pressure on one of the walls supporting the ceiling- moments before Harav Povarsky entered the shiru room to give over his shiur.
Bechasdei Shamayim no one was hurt.
The yeshiva is currently trying to restore the electrical power which was damaged from the collapse.
The shiur began as usual.
