Har Nof: Firefighters Rescue 4 from Burning Building
A fire broke out in an apartment on Rechov Agasi in Har Nof, Jerusalem at 4:15 a.m., trapping a family of four in the flaming apartment.

A fire broke out in an apartment on Rechov Agasi in Har Nof, Jerusalem at 4:15 a.m., trapping a family of four in the flaming apartment.
Firefighters arrived on the scene of the burning Jerusalem apartment at 4:15 a.m.
Lahav Shai Nechemyah who oversaw the firefighting efforts of at the scene reports," We arrived on the scene with great forces and found terrified people standing in the windows of the burning apartment and screaming for help.
"The apartment burnt like one massive torch enveloping the entire apartment in heavy smoke. We knew that every second was critical. Leaving those people trapped in those conditions under incredible heat and inhaling toxic fumes for an additional second could have caused them irreparable harm.
"Without hesitation the firefighters entered the flaming apartment and rescued two middle aged adults and their teenage children. Thank G-d they only suffered relatively light injuries."
The four were taken to Sharee Tzedek hospital and treated for smoke inhilation. The mother and her two children aged 17 and 20 were listed in light condition. The father, a man in his sixties is in moderate condition.
