Two Teens Suffered Alcohol Poising at Meron
Out of hundreds of thousands of visitors to Meron, two became overly intoxicated and a currently hospitalized in Ziv hospital in serious condition.

A nineteen year old charedi teen lost consciousness after drinking an excessive amount of alcohol. He is suffering from a serious case of alcohol poisoning and I not in stable condition.
A 17 year old girl also drank excessively at a different area of Har Meron last night. She to is hospitalized in serious and unstable condition.
From yesterday evening until today at 2:00 p.m. Hatzalah volunteers on scene in Meron treated some 577 people for a variety of light injuries and illnesses including, bee stings, heart trouble, stomach pain, wounds, burns, falls and shortness of breath. The majority of people did not need further medical care. Twenty individuals were brought to the hospital.
