Three Syrians were arrested in Germany Thursday for allegedly planning to carry out an attack on Dusseldorf on behalf of ISIS.
The terror cell which is suspected of including a bomb maker was planning a mass casualty attack using suicide vest and guns.
The plan was to strike Heinrich-Heine-Alle street in the Altstadt district using guns and explosive vests to kill as many people as possible.
