Stotshin Hassidim are excited: this morning the mashpia Harav Hatzadik R' Mordechai Menashe Zilber of Stotshin landed in Israel, and will stay with his followers for the first time on Lag B'Omer in Meron.

The mashpia came accompanied by a large group of his followers from Boro Park, Williamsburg and Lakewood.

For years, the mashpia of Stotshin has been staying in Jerusalem in the summer, while drawing hundreds who come to hear him every Shabbos.

During that time he gives lessons in Kollelim and yeshivos on Parshas Hashavua and Mussar, when the highlight is "sheves achim" on Shabbos night until the wee hours.

This year for the first time he arrived in Israel on the occasion of Lag B'omer, a preparing committee was established by his followers to organize the coming Shabbos which will be held in Or Haganuz settlement, near Meron.

On Motzaei Shabbos after the Melave Malka after midnight, he will along with his followers for the lighting and dances at the Toldos Avraham Yitzchak square which is behind the tomb in Meron. He will also conduct a Tisch on Sunday night.

Tonight he will give a shiur at the Satmar Yeshiva in Jerusalem. On Monday after Lag B'omer, he will give a shiur in Messilas Yeshorim, at the Biala Beis Midrash on Yakovzon Street in Jerusalem. On Tuesday he will give a shiur in Bnei Brak at the Esh Kodesh center. He will then return to his residence in the United States.
