The terrorist who admitted that he had committed the murder at the Jewish Museum in Brussels last month, Mhadi Namush, refuses to be extradited from France to Belgium, after he was arrested in Marseille, southern France.
The Plaintiff's attorney and prosecutors said that he would prefer to stand trial in France, but Belgium may require his extradition in another hearing to be held tomorrow.
