A 17 year old refugee armed with an axe and a knife attacked people on a train in Germany.
Wuerzburg police said that three victims were seriously injured and the fourth was slightly injured. 14 others are being treated for shock.
It is being reported that some witnesses heard the suspect shout "Allahu Akbar" during the attack.
Over a million refugees including 150,000 Afghans entered Germany last year.
