Syrian asylum seeker blows himself up, kills 12 in Germany
Syrian man who was denied asylum but allowed to remain in Germany blew himself up near a music festival in the center of Ansbach Sunday night.

Joachim Herrmann, the Bavarian Interior Minister said," We don't know if this man planned on suicide or if he had the intention of killing others."
This was the fourth attack in Germany since Sunday.
