Baruch Dayan Haemet: Rabbi Yishaya Rappaport, rabbi of the Beit Midrash and Rosh Kollel of Strikov dies Bnei Brak, at the age of 70.
"B'hadrei Haredim" learned that the Niftar was one of the Talmidim of the previous Strikover Rebbe ZT"L.
Over the years, he taught hundreds of Talmidim at Yeshivat Kol Yaakov Strikov Yeshivat Bnei Brak Spinka.
A relative number "B'hadrei Haredim" that he was the Kaliver Rebbe's Chavrusa for many years, in recent years he learned in Kollel Hazon Ish in Bnei Brak.
Rabbi Yishaya was considered an important figure among the Hassidim and he the person who crowned the present Rebbe as the dynasty heir.
He left a Dor Yeshorim-: Five children all Marbitzei Torah.
The Levaya will take place this evening (Motzei Shabbos) at 11:00 pm from his home on 28 Yona Hanavi Street Bnei Brak, through the Strikov Beis Midrash to Beis Hachayim of Bnei Brak - there will be buried.
